What is the return Policy?

All sales are final. We cannot issue refunds/exchanges/cancellations or returns at this time.

I have an issue with my order! What do I do?

For any order issues or customer service inquiries please contact support@MaryliaScottCosmetics.com. You should have a response within 48 hours, however they may take longer during peak times, re-stocks, and holidays.

My order is marked as "Delivered" but never showed up! Help?

Please wait 3 business days from the time it's marked delivered to ensure the parcel arrives. If it does not arrive you can file a claim with USPS Here.

How long does shipping & processing take?

Your items will ship within 1-3 business days. During peak times, it may take us longer to process your order and it may require additional processing time.

Shipping times depend on shipping service chosen during checkout.

Standard Shipping: DHL: 2-8 business days

Express Option:

Fedex 2-day: 2 Business Days

 

INTERNATIONAL:

Passport Priority: Varies per country, and if duties and taxes are paid during checkout. Time estimate shown during checkout.
