No, Mind Eraser will not melt during shipping. You are also able to freeze the product just note that color may change while frozen. If the product comes damaged please contact customer service.

    Love the stick format.

    I have used a few different cleansing balms and oils. Sometimes they come in bottles with droppers, other times in pots, but this is the first one I have tried in a stick format and I love how easy it is to wash off with just water if makeup ends up on the balm. It feels cleaner to me. I think it smells really good and it does a good job of removing makeup. I usually use this and then follow up with my regular cleanser. I love the packaging too.

    It removes all of my makeup and causes no irritation. I absolutely love it!!
