The liquid-gel formula will cause a slight tingle, awakening cheeks to appear visibly plumper & lifted.     More glittery than glowy. I was really hoping this would be more of a glowy, highlighter and blush hybrid. I think I had this expectation based on how it was advertised. These blushes have noticeable flakes of glitter in it and I really do not find it suitable for daily wear. I really don’t even know how or when to wear this. This is probably good for festivals and parties, but I do not attend either.😅
